As an intern at Salesforce, the team was working on a package delivery application for meetings in Virtual Reality with customers. The goal was to ensure a smooth onboarding in VR from beginning to end. As it was likely that the customers did not own VR glasses, custom-prepared glasses were sent to their homes. To ensure an effortless delivery service, I set up a customer journey that included a sign-up page and interactions with a conversational agent through Whatsapp. Together with another intern, I was responsible for designing a customer journey and prototyping the Conversational Design and UX/UI of the application. Additionally, I held four design thinking workshops with employees regarding equality & representation of the characters in VR. Besides the main assignment, I participated in a pitch competition, a social media challenge, and attended multiple network opportunities.
